Need to ask a question or inquire about our products?
ONLINE PHONE HOURS Monday - Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM, EST. We are located in Michigan.
If you call with an inquiry and reach our voice mail, please leave a brief message with your area code and phone number (time zones are VERY helpful). A representative will promptly return your call. If placing a phone order, be prepared to give your order. Please do not place your order while shopping our site. Make a list a list of the items you want including the quantity. An order total with shipping will be emailed once the phone order is manually keyed into our system.

...do so by email. Phone lines are reserved for those customers needing to make an inquiry or an order but are having difficulty accessing our web site or using the online shopping cart.
You may place your order through our secure online shopping cart or by secure fax. Both of these methods provide a printed order copy which helps to ensure order accuracy.
